The best way to place an order, is to fill out our contact form or email us at info@lunabianca.ca and provide us with your event details. We will respond within 48 hours to discuss your needs and vision for your event.
We do not require an order minimum for self pick-up and returns, although we request a minimum rental order amount of $100.00 to be eligible for our delivery services.
We require a pre-negotiated deposit and a signed rental agreement to secure your order. Please note that we cannot reserve your date and rental items until these requirements are fulfilled.
Yes, we have a flexible self-pick up and return option available. We know the day of your event will be busy, which is why we offer pick up from our location to be arranged for 1 business day prior to the event and returned 1 business day after the event.
We can accommodate pick-up requests at one of two convenient service locations. The first is located in Kleinburg, Ontario and the second in Bolton, Ontario. We will arrange your pick-up based on the location most suitable for you.
We offer delivery and collection services to most locations over the Greater Toronto Area, however there is an order minimum of $100.00 to be eligible for this service. Rates are quoted in addition to your rental order and depend on the distance from our location and date & time chosen for delivery.
To reserve an order, we require a pre-negotiated deposit. The final payment will be due no later than 3 days prior to your event unless otherwise arranged. Please note that all orders will be subject to Ontario's Harmonized Sales Tax (13%). This applies to all methods of payment including cash transactions.
We accept email money transfers (EMT's) that can be sent to info@lunabianca.ca . Please ensure you have provided essential reference information such as your name and invoice number in the notes section so we can easily identify your payment. If you need to arrange an alternative payment method, please contact us.
We understand that unavoidable circumstances can occur, and are pleased to offer a flexible cancellation policy. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the rental period will have deposits refunded in full. Cancellations made within 14 days of the rental period will have their deposit converted to an account credit.
We recognize that the quantity originally secured on your order may not remain the same as your event nears. We request that any quantity reductions are made no later than 14 days prior to the rental period. Reduction requests will not be accepted within 14 days prior to the rental period. We can typically accommodate last-minute quantity increases on your order, however availability may be limited.
Our collection can typically accommodate between 130-140 guests, although certain styles may be more limited. Please contact us directly to confirm that we have availability of your favourite pieces for the date of your event.
Set-up services are available if requested. If we're unable to fulfill a set-up request due to scheduling conflicts we can also refer you to one of our esteemed colleagues in the industry. Please contact us directly with your event details for an accurate quote.
We take care of all the cleaning and sanitizing measures in-house upon return, although we request that any excess food or liquids are removed from all items prior to repackaging.
All clients are responsible for any broken, damaged or missing items at full replacement value. Replacement costs will vary depending on the item, and this information will be outlined within the rental agreement.
